Business first.
Technology second. Tools follow the outcome.
About StratResilience
Strategy without resilience is a presentation. Resilience without strategy is firefighting.
We work at the point where both meet — so digital leaders can move with confidence.
Why we exist
Senior technology leadership, commercially grounded.
StratResilience exists for a simple reason: organisations in Cyprus need senior technology leadership that is commercially grounded, technically deep and available without the overhead of a full-time C-suite.
The practice is based in Nicosia and built around one principle: advise only what we would be confident handing to a delivery partner to run.

How we work
Principles before products.
One accountable senior lead.
No bait-and-switch to juniors.
Visible decisions.
Written plans, visible risks and honest sequencing.
Durable outcomes.
Work that can survive the person who designed it.
Discretion.
Quiet with IT partners. Direct with business clients.
What we do not do
We do not sell hardware or licences for commission. We do not deliver hands-on implementation ourselves — assessment and design are ours, execution runs through our network of partner ICT firms, and we stay engaged to monitor the result. We do not pretend a two-day workshop is a transformation. We do not take work we cannot stand behind. If the better answer is to hire internally or keep your current vendor, we will say so.
The standard
Technology advice should survive contact with operations.
That is why strategy, infrastructure, security and continuity sit in one practice.
